Many of our customers have specific questions about our professional cleaning services. Here are just a few of the frequently asked questions we hear at Manhill Cleaners.

How do I book my first appointment?

Fill out our easy booking form and within a few hours, you’ll be contacted by our office to review your booking, iron out any details and clarify requests. Then, a confirmation email will be sent out and that’s that. You’ve just booked your cleaning and now you can go back to doing the more exciting things in life!

What are the terms of contract for the regular cleaning?

You can cancel service anytime giving one moth notice without any penalties. You don’t have to commit to any long-term contracts or minimum number of appointments.

What happens if I cancel my cleaning on the day?

There is a 48 hour cancellation fee which will need to be paid if a job is cancelled within the 48 hour period.

How can we pay?

You can pay either by bacs or standing order to the bank account or by Debit or Credit Card.

What cleaning products do you use?

All clients are required to have their own appropriate cleaning products and supplies.

Alternatively, we can manage products and supplies for you, we will deliver what you need at your next visit and replenish when needed by our Cleaning Experts

What is a Cleaning Expert and why are they unique?

Cleaning Experts are the professionals who come into your home to provide our outstanding cleaning services.  Many have previous experience working in top-notch hotels or private homes. We only pick the best! They are experienced, trained, careful, reliable, honest, and in great shape! We adhere to a strict hiring process, which includes, interviews, reference and DBS checks, training and insurance protection. We keep a close eye on our staff and if they don’t love their job and care deeply about their performance, they don’t stick around.

What’s your guarantee?

We pride ourselves on our clean track record; however, if you are dissatisfied with your cleaning, please get in touch with us right away and we’ll make arrangements to rectify the situation. We have a satisfaction guarantee that we stand by.

Will I have the same cleaner?

We offer the same Cleaning Expert to come to your property on a weekly or two weekly basis to undertake cleaning and housekeeping chores.

How do office space cleaning work?

Just send us a message or give us a quick call – we’ll be glad to discuss your needs and give you an estimate. Since these spaces aren’t as cut-and-dry as a home, we’ll need to ask you more questions and potentially visit the space before we can get an accurate estimate together.

Do I need to be home for the cleaning?

Only if you would like to be. We’ve been cleaning peoples’ homes and offices unsupervised, with an exceptional track record so you can feel confident in knowing only the best are visiting. If you won’t be home, just let us know what kind of entry and exit arrangement you would like.

What if something is broken or damaged during the cleaning?

We believe in shining a spotlight on an issue rather than sweeping it under the rug. If something gets broken or damaged, our staff are trained to photograph it and report it immediately, without reprimand. They are careful and considerate of each space they attend, but every now and then something can happen (we are human, after all). Once reported to the office, we contact you to discuss a fair and quick resolution. We do ask that any irreplaceable items be put away and anything you are concerned about is noted at the time of booking. Please note, we don’t repair or replace existing damage or improperly installed items.

Can I specify the day my cleaner comes?

Yes, you can select any time and any day between Monday and Friday. If you require a weekend clean we can arrange this too.
